Mpho Shireen Sehlabela

Director

Mpho Shireen Sehlabela is the director of Phuthanang Ma-Africa and has been in the plumbing and construction industry for more than ten years. She owns 60% of the company shares. Mpho specialises in managing the key accounts and provides professional support to clients on projects. She is responsible for maintaining and building new relationships with clients, managing suppliers and business development.Construction is a male dominated industry, by giving women the platform to be employed in this industry Phuthanang Ma-Africa will help stimulate socio-economic development. This in turn contributes to the general empowerment of women as consumers and household decision makers, further stimulating economic growth.

Junior Sehlabela

Managing Director

 Junior is the director of the company and he manages the installations team. The as part of the Board of Directors he is  ultimately responsible for the management of the Company’s business strategy, optimising performance, investment objectives, approving significant items of expenditure and consideration of significant financing and legal matters. He responsible for overseeing and maintaining the relationship between the Company, investors and licensees. He has a vast management experience since he is the director of four other companies.
